1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. If there is a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay. Please allow additional time for delivery. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at whimsyspiritstore@gmail.com to initiate a return. Note that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
3. How do I request a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
4. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us as soon as possible.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

7. Can I ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States.
8. What if I have a problem with my shipment?
If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as damage or loss, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.
10. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
